So very likely once I hit level 175 I'll get my 10th char & this achievement. My achievement tracker has me at 80% complete, which is why I thought I was at 8/10, but maybe I missed a character in multiplayer? Edit 3: yeah I missed one, played a MP match as Hans & my progress bumped to 90%. So maybe there's still hope for me to get #10 after level 175.
